Interview with the CEO of Cryptocurrency Exchange “bitcastle”

Originally, as a cryptocurrency investor using various exchanges, I had concerns about security and dissatisfaction with not being able to trade the tokens I wanted. So we thought, “Why don’t we create our own?” and launched bitcastle.

Yes, bitcastle is imagined as a castle, with the meaning of an iron-clad fortress that can withstand attacks from any hacker.

First, a major feature is that we’ve made the spot trading fees for all major cryptocurrencies 0%. Also, our security system that has never been hacked is another point we can be proud of.

Yes, the ability to trade niche tokens that can only be traded on bitcastle is also a feature. Furthermore, being able to trade with MT5 and having binary options functionality are features that other companies don’t have.

We want more and more people to know about the appeal of cryptocurrencies and blockchain. Many exchanges set a 0.1% trading fee, but for example, if you make a total of 100 million yen in trades, you’ll incur 100,000 yen in fees. We don’t think this is necessarily cheap.

That’s right. That’s why we decided to set it at 0%, wanting to increase the number of investors who can trade as much as they like without worrying about fees.

In our binary options trading, you can trade not only cryptocurrency pairs but also forex pairs like USD/JPY. It’s rare for a cryptocurrency exchange to offer such forex trading pairs.

We have countless security measures including Proof of Reserve by third-party organizations, management of customer funds through cold wallets, introduction of MPC systems to prevent internal hacking, and so on. Thanks to these, we’ve had zero attacks by hackers from our launch until now.

Yes, we’re focusing on AI development and plan to strengthen AI functions within this year.
